Marinade any meat you like with it!
I love this adobo marinade. I used to use it when I would marinate carne asada and adobo chicken. but now I marinated my ribs and my pork chops in it as well. add a splash of orange juice and lime juice with it for additional tenderness and a citrus kick!

Al pastor meat marinade.
It's def not healthy with additives and what not but if you want Al pastor flavor this is the easiest way- marinate with pineapple rounds (I did ribs but I'm trying taco meat soon) cook in foil with pineapple first, then switch to direct and you're set! Arnie Segovia shared a video on IG about it. It is mild, I plan to add some spice next time. Use gloves, it turns your hands red

Great taste!
The taste is as strong as I would like for marination so I don't need to add anything else to it! Really makes the food taste authentic!
