This seasoning is recommended and used in lots of restaurants and cooking videos in New Orleans, and it's always good in Cajun dishes like Gumbo, which is what I'm using it for!

great on things not advertised
nice additional seasoning!!! I use it on all protiens! even on corn on cob before grilling! really awesome surprise how good on grilled veggies...as well as added to melted butter brushed on breads for tiny change of pace

This seasonings is great on seafood fish, shrimp and scallops it disappear because my daughter loves and puts on other things a great buy.
