Cajun's Choice Blackened Seasoning, 2.75-oz

Obviously taste is very subjective and when someone doesn't like a certain flavor they really don't like it. Then they leave a scathing one star review to share their distain. I personally really like this seasoning and truly Blacken the main dish when it is used. A jar doesn't last long in our house. I buy in quantity.

Cajuns Choice Blackened Seasoning is premium this year we will be taking the Cajuns Choice season , Kerry gold butter, some brown sugar to make our Thanksgiving Turkey Cajuns Choice is a staple in my home.

this is an excellent Cajun spice. very delicious and affordable. I only use it now for my fish and chicken.

Great tasting seasoning. Have to use a solid rub over your choice of meat or poultry.

I over did it the first time by completely coating my catfish in this seasoning... it was really good, but a bit too spicy (hot) for me. The 2nd time I used it, used a lot less... it was still really good with less spiciness. I will def buy again. This little bottle should last through several dinners.

Don't let that generic label fool ya, this seasoning is da bomb y'all! What I like is that they don't weigh it down with salt, so ya can add more or less season to ya preference, and add as much or less salt you want. Full flavor blackened seasoning right here. I lived quite some time in Louisiana and I know the good from the bad. This is the good. Tony Chachere's and Zataran, mmmmm not so much, but can work in a pinch if ya know how to church those up. Just get it, you'll see you!
