Chef Pomodoro Multi-Purpose Stainless Steel Bench Scraper 6-Inch

I've been using this scraper now for a while and I'm very impressed by its quality. The handle is smooth %26 sturdy but not heavy and the blade very substantial with a nice çlean edge so it cleans surfaces easily. It is easy to clean and doesn't stain. It's great to use for bread and pastry baking. The price was very reasonable and shipped quickly. I'm very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

I watched a video on YouTube on how to make fresh salsa. The host used this type of scraper to cleanly lift all the diced vegetables into the bowl. I tried the scraper on my salsa creation and it worked. The scraper is easily cleaned and has a bit of weight to it. The handle feels good. Previously, I have been scraping my cutting board by turning a chef knife blade horizontally and using my hand. This is not a safe way of transferring items off a cutting board.
