Very Happy
I needed to replace our older electric knife since I broke earlier this month. I went online and read some reviews and decided on this model. I also looked around and found that Walmart had the best price. It arrived in an un-open box that was new. A plus over the other retail place. I have used it twice now and it works like a champ. And it comes with two types of blades!

Overall a solid purchase
Cons: Blades are tricky to get in, Relatively short blade (cutting area) Fairly noisy when in use as well as high vibration Pros: Cuts fairly well for my purposes (basic meats, bread, etc) Saves me time as well as less overall stress on neuropathy and arthritic hands.
