Chefman Multi-Speed Immersion Hand Blender with Stainless Steel Blade, 300W, Turquoise

I have tried several stick blenders, some of which were over $50.00. They were all very heavy and there was no way I could use something that is too heavy to hold. This stick blender is just right. Not too heavy. It is light weight, but not too light. This hand blender has 2 speeds - low and high. Either speed is perfect for anything that I have it to do. It is perfect to use for breaking up tomatoes for tomato sauce, etc. I am very satisfied with this blender, unless something unforseen happens, and of course I can't come back to update my review as Walmart.com doesn't let us like Amazon.

This is well built and powerful. I just wish it was wireless (rechargeable_) The price was great also. Also is very quiet running.

I gave this as a gift to a friend of mine. It was of very good quality and sturdy built. It is heavier than the one I have, which is several years old. I will ask her how she liked it. She was impressed when I gave it to her.

I had purchased this one because of A/1. It was one of the first cheapest ones shipped actually from Wal-Mart on Walmart.com and I had a credit that brought it down to about $3, but it HAD to be with Wal-Mart. B/2. With the cost being a little higher, I thought I would be avoiding what most of the cheaper versions were saying was wrong. Long story short, I paid for a "Name brand" because I had to get my credit back, but the "Name brand" is not any better than the $10 models. There is only one blade and BTW, for those who are issuing splattering problems, this is a HANDHELD Immersion blender, if you take it above the liquid or surface of what you are emulsifying, it will SPLATTER! Keep your blade (or blades whoever got lucky with that) pointed down at all times to avoid any....splatters...... **Also keep an eye on how you put the removable bottom attachment back onto the electrical side. Just because you pay a higher price doesn't mean that the company didn't cheap out on their parts. You MUST be gentle removing and replacing the blade section after washing.
