Boils fast!
It is exactly as advertised. It boils faster than other kettles that I have owned. It's appearance is very modern %26 will fit with most any counter top decor. It features a light to let you know it is on. It has an automatic shutoff to prevent damage to it %26 surrounding area.

Love it!
I'm very happy with this ! We needed to replace an old electric kettle that died. This one is better, It has a larger capacity than the old one, and hears up faster. What more could we ask for ?

Yay for stainless steel
We upgraded from a plastic kettle to this stainless steel one. Nice design and heats up quickly. But I wish it had a filter on the water spout.

Unable to use for variety of reasons.
The kettle performs properly however, it is very heavy when full of water so lifting off the base to pour was extremely difficult for me due to the arthritis in my hands. Also, the viewing window when filling with water is in an odd place and hard to see.
