excellent air fryer. very easy to use and clean. my only gripe is the silicone "feet" on the basket are easy to lose and they dont send extras. the basket is large and can fit quite a bit of stuff in it!

Tried for first time last night. Easy to use. Found it quiet. Large basket. We had smaller one about 4 quart but wanted a larger one so wouldn’t have to do food in batches. We did Omaha frozen 6 ounce ribeyes. First we did quick sear on both sides and then moved to air fryer. Preheated already. Cooked at 360 degrees for 18 minutes. Turned out perfect. Hot all the way through. Pink in middle like I like it medium rare. Fit all 4 steaks at same time. Cooked from frozen. Oh the steaks were tender and juicy and oh so good! Loved it so much ordered another for my grandson’s family. Love the larger basket. Easy to clean. Found it quiet. Easy to use light up screen that shows each view of where you are at in cooking with countdown. Bell rings and ends. You won’t go wrong with this purchase!

Very pleased I made this purchase. After having 2 fabreware air fryers that broke I was pleasantly surprised with this upgrade. It’s got a nice big basket and seems much sturdier than my previous 2 fryers. The touch buttons can be a little sticky but I think it’s still overall worth it. The do prefer a basket rather than just a grate inside but that seems to be the downfall I had with my other 2. Ultimately it was the baskets that broke so I think just having a grate is a pleasant upgrade after all. You can take the grate out and pop it in the dishwasher to be easily washed. Not to mention this machine runs soooo much quieter than the others I’ve had. I’m very pleased with this machine.

The touch screen buttons are a little bit laggy but overall pretty easy to use super easy to clean out and besides the delivery guy literally throwing it on my front porch it still works so at least it's a little bit durable

I love this air-fryer and the fact that I can use it to bake as well. Will be a life saver this summer in keeping my air conditioner from working overtime from using my conventional oven.

This is a great size for a large family. Got it on sale and LOVE it!! Only issue i have is the handle comes off very easily. Dropped all my food from one batch i made because I didn't realize how easily it came off... otherwise I would have given this 5 stars

DID NOT RECEIVE THE BASKET AS ADVERTISED SHOWN AND EVEN NOTED IN THE MANUAL. I paid MORE here hoping I'd get what was shown and advertised. The slotted ventilated one ...I got a solid basket which last 2 airfryers had and I returned as they cause the unit to overheat and smoke setting off my smoke detectors. I searched hard for this particular basket as it allows better airflow and vents geat. The solid baskets only allows fatty foods even french fries to smoke and set off smoke detectors on an open countertop as hot air only flows up into the heating element to vent out the back causing a dangerous situation and a fire hazard. Been air frying since the day they came out. Why more companies are not realizing this hazard plus it is allowing heat to get into the circuit board and in short time fry it (no pun intended). See real reviews not those who get paid for reviews or a free product to write a lack of honest review. Wish Walmart would STOP posting these fake reviews so their customers get actual verified honest reviews than waste our time. Anyway. I reached out to Chefman to see if basket can be swapped otherwise IT'S A RETURN! I'll buy liners for my old Chefman that still works great but you can't buy replacement plates for unfortunately. SO DISAPPOINTED! UNIT LOOKS NICE BUT IT'S ABOUT SAFETY AND QUALITY AND FUNCTIONALITY. Sure a solid basket is easier to clean but not fun cooking if smoke alarms are going off with basic frozen french fries.

I love chef man so I was excited to find a bigger airfryer with great reviews. But They sent me a used item and it wasn’t even the brand on the box. It’s upsetting. It was dirty and had grease dried in it and I think that’s mold in the bottom. Idk how these ordered get sent out like that. No one does a quality check anymore. I reached out over a week ago and still have yet to hear back. I threw the item out so now I may not get a refund. Even sent in a pic of what I was sent and nothing.
