Helps with weight loss

EVL is a good brand and I like their CLA 1000mg softgels. Quality product. The are part of my daily regimen.

After receiving my second bottle, I've updated my review. I haven't noticed any weight loss or growth. I'm now hungry after taking these tablets, therefore I believe the effects of my previous results in my initial review have worn off. I'm going to give this second bottle a shot, but if I don't see any improvement, I'm not going to buy these again.

After reading reviews and making sure it wasn't going to affect me due to being in the military I decided to try these to help lose the baby weight. Well after taking them for about a week and a half, eating right, counting calories and working out 3-5 times a week I saw that these actually made me GAIN WEIGHT. The day I stopped taking them I started feeling under the weather. Followed by the next day having a fever. So after not going to the gym for 2 days because I wasn't feeling good I actually lost like 1.5 pounds since I stopped taking these. They might work for other people but they did not agree with my body at all. After everything though I feel like I still need to buy an at home drug test just to be sure 😕

Be very careful. not everone can take this. i experienced extreme constipation after taking for just 5 days. Will not buy again.

Constipates me. Gives me nausea . No wonder I can't find it at Walmart to return. I reached out to the Company to see if they will give me a refund.
