Wrong Phone
The phone I received (and was pictured) is NOT the phone I ordered. The phone ordered (and was pictured) is a trimline style phone ( Clarity model C210). The phone I received was a desk style phone (Clarity model P300). I am very angry I did not receive the phone I ordered. I will be returning the desk style phone for a refund.

Unhappy experience.
Had great hopes! Wear 2 hearing aids and found neither the volume control or the Booster button worked- not at all! Could not hear anything. Our my 25 year old phone back an could hear again. I was extremely disappointed so took it back to Walmart. My experience with Walmart is positive- the product was terrible!!!
