Clorox Pool&Spa Shock XtraBlue2 for Swimming Pools, 12pk

I find this shock to dissolve quickly and cleaning effectively. I pour a little in the skimmer and around the aboveground pool; broadcasting it as I go. Sometimes using 2 bags after lots of people swimming, hot temps with algae trying to turn pool green /cloudy %26 after heavy rain.

This is the better of the products on the market for my pool. I have tried the cheaper versions but it doesn't work as well. Dissolves quickly and crystal blue water after filtering all night. Just noticed that the price has tripled in the last 2 years

this is the best shock I've used and I've tried a lot! I love that it has the built in clarifier making your water crystal clear! it's 6 bags per box. one bag treats up to 12,500 gallons of water. it definitely helps kill algae and dissolves very well. it holds up pretty good in the heat from the sun. I still suggest using a stabilizer because the sun kills your chlorine levels fast! I had no clue that the sun can kill 50% of your chlorine in just 17 mins if you don't use a form of stabilizer! learn from me and save yourself a ton of money on chlorine/shock and make sure to add a stabilizer. it's more cost effective to but the granule stabilizer then the liquid but if you need a quick fix the liquid stabilizer will bring your cyraunic acid levels up much quicker then the granule. make sure to follow the directions though with the stabilizer!! it will help with the longevity of your chlorine!

Love how much you get for the price! We use these for regular maintenance, and right after we have a pool party or a lot of swimmers over! This shock treats for algae too, so it prevents those annoying little algae blooms that turn your water green! It keeps our pool crystal clear, and from turning that nasty green color we all hate! This shock doesn't mess with our Ph levels like some others do, and the granules dissolve quick. There isn't a long wait time that prevents swimming. You can literally swim 15 mins after shocking. Remember, it's always recommend to shock in the evening or at night time, for best results. Highly recommend this brand!

This is the only product that I use for my pool cleaning and maintenance. It works instantly and dissolves quickly. The 6 in 1 solution gives my pool water a crisp, clean and clear water. I trust this product also because it's from Clorox. The individual packs are always well sealed so I don't have to worry about spillage and it's easy to open with scissors and pour. During the hotter months as I live in the Deep South with lots of humidity I keep my pool algae free and sanitized with this 6 in 1 product. Great quality and value.

This works so well. My pool was turning green, used test strips to determine what it needed. We added this Clorox shock, along with a PH Up and alkalinity. The difference is like night and day. So grateful for these products and for the fast delivery!

We use this sometimes instead of shock if our pool water is trying to turn green. We have well water so we battle algae a little more than those with public water. I like that it also adds a little conditioner. If your conditioner level is normal be careful adding this product. We use shock more than this product.

Have been using these tablets for 20years now I am satisfied with this item.I Place them in the floaters. I tie them with string. From the handle to walk into pool into little hole in floater and attach to hook that is there to put pool cover on the pool. Like this the floater does not go to the skimmer and jams up to where the floaters get stuck there. We use them Summer Winter Spring %26 Fall. They dissolve like within 7-10 days. Depends on how often it circulates. That wrap up this post. The price has really gone up within the 20years that I have been using them. That’s my biggest pet peeve over using them. pricey.

One Of the easiest crystal shock.. it definitely , helps with algae and cleaning up a pool and better yet you can swim in it fifteen minutes though I wait thirty Again , it's expensive , but it does what it's supposed to. i didn't do a picture because well , I use them up already. lol

Within a week of starting the process this flocculant will settle any debris in the water making the pool so much easier to clean. This item is a must for anyone that has a pool that can't be maintained year-round.
