COAST Polysteel 650 LED Flashlight – 740 Lumens, Storm Proof, Twist Focus, 14.1 oz

I bought one of these flashlights from a big box store on sale. I liked it so much I went to the Coast online store and ordered a second one to keep in my truck. The flashlight is well made and is extremely bright. I use it daily when I go out with the dogs. It is so bright that I am worried about blinding cars as they drive by!

Virtually indestructible…love the poly steel Coast line of focusing flashlights. The size one smaller than this is the best one imo but this one is great too. The size smaller is better in hand as a weapon, is better used with a handgun if you don't have a light on it, and both have an attachment ring for a wrist band to keep from dropping or losing it in a scrap with zombies or a grizzly bear. This one takes 4xAA and the one smaller is 4AAA - only thing that has ever ruined one of these flashlights for me is when my 9 year old put old batteries in the new battery container and I had some old some new thinking they were all new and caused battery leakage and corrosion and messsd it up. But buy the Walmart warranty if they sell it. I love rechargeable stuff better than battery and there is an accessory you can get that does that for this flashlight as well. Coast 650 Storm Proof Flashlight. has three mode settings hi medium low waterproof, crushproof awesome for emergency, flashlight work flashlight you could toss around get dirty and not worry about it. Have on a boat emergency use around the house for power outages, fixing, and repairing Good to have the car truck or boat buy a couple on that price I went in the kitchen drawer for emergencies. There awesome to have in the garage in your toolbox if you get them greasy oily or just plain dirty. waterproof crushproof plus Coast flashlight have an awesome warranty. Great features. Hi medium and low. I must have for job sites. The price is perfect. A couple back ups one in the garage couple in the house for emergencies repairs power outages emergencies etc very happy with Coast products give it 10 stars if I could, but I definitely five star plus item.

One of the best clearance deals i have gotten in a while. The best flashlight out for the money. Very bright and even comes with batteries. Buy one you won't regret it.

Very bright durable light that runs on 4AA. I have run many of these over the years... they are my daily drivers. The ones a couple of years ago were 740 lumens... but I bought a couple more over the past year and they were even brighter (around 1000 lumens). I've had good success with them running on EBL AA 2800mah rechargeables which last much longer in them than the alkalines they are shipped with. They are of good quality... but I would get the insurance on them, as they can be finicky and quit lighting SUDDENLY in about a year or so. They DO have a lifetime warranty from Coast and they will replace it... but want you to pay $5.00 for shipping. Also the one I had replaced did not feel new... but "like new", as if it had been refurbished.

Great and powerful flashlights for 4AA batteries. The only problem is that the batteries can be difficult to remove if they're too big. I use the regular 2000mAh Eneloops for this as they're easy to remove, thinner than the Coast batteries that is difficult to remove without something like a screwdriver to pry it out.

Good light. The controls are taking some getting used. Have used it in a power outage & it was great to have.

I have 4 Coast flashlights G22, G34, 2XG55, love them all and Polysteel 650 was going to be my %235 but projected spot beam was "dirty" (annoing gray shadow(s) inside circle). Returned just for that reason. Flood beam was fine so was everything else.

does not work. delivered very hot. looks like you burned it out. also does not match on lumins exactly.
