This is a fantastic desk and quite large. I've had nothing but compliments on it and no one believes it came from Walmart. Although I saw this home in a model home for sale and hunted it down for the best price at Walmart.com.

Love this desk. Perfect for my office and I love how sturdy it is. It did come in a lot of pieces to put together, but the labeled pieces name it a lot easier to put together.

Finally !_! I finally got an Item that actually had all the required parts for assembly. It took me about 6 hours to assemble this desk and I really like it. I have read complaints about it not being real wood and that fact is true. I did not want an all wood desk because wood is much heavier than partical board. My old desk was made mostly of metal and was very heavy and had less surface area than this one. For me, I don't want a heavy desk sitting on my wooden floor for a long period of time in fear of it warping the floor. When I first opened the box I said to myself; Andrew you really did it this time. There were hundreds of pieces and everything had to be assembled - including the drawers. Everything was just a flat piece of material that had to be put together. However, all the parts are labled and listed on the diagram so if you take your time and not rush you should be fine. A small tube of glue comes with the kit but I didn't use it because if you accidently assemble a part in the wrong location you're "F" The glue is for the wooden pegs which is part of the assembly process. There are also lots of metal screws as well. Adding glue to the pegs would make the desk more stable but mines seem to be just fine without it. I would like to add one more thing. If you're looking for a 100% wooden desk then pay the extra money and get it. Not wise to use a power screw driver on this.

I love this desk. It has a large work space, plenty of drawer space, sturdy and was easy to put together. I put it together myself, did a few steps each night and it was ready to use in 3 days. I definitely would recommend this desk, great buy for the money!!

I fell in love with this desk as soon as I saw it. Just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. Be prepared for some time investment when assembling. Make sure you get the sliders in right (that's the first step) and the kit comes with glue to be used on the wooden pegs. Even though there's a lot to assemble it is well worth the time. Looking forward to enjoying this desk for years to come!

I smile every time I look at this desk. It is great looking. Heavy, sturdy!!!, bigger than you would think, need help with the box and assembly, not a one person assembly, takes a long time to assemble, faux wood grain is perfect for my taste, wish it were real but that costs much more. I am not saying it is for a wood snob but it is rather gorgeous for fake. I hired Handy to assemble and I had to help. It needs 2 people from that service so that gets expensive to hire 2 assemblers. Buy it if you can. 10 gold stars for satisfaction in workmanship, value for money spent, beauty, unique features, color way matching, smooth drawer slides, very sturdy, big, can't buy a real wood desk this pretty for this price. I will like this even when rod iron and plain features go out of style in decor. It is special. It will not hold up to lazy house keeping. So no chemical cleaners, no hot or wet items left on surface please if you want this to look good for your lifetime.

The desk is very sturdy and heavy. It is exactly what we expected when we ordered it. Assembling the table was time consuming and tedious, but it is well worth the trouble when we completed the construction. All drawers slide in and out with ease and provide ample space to store materials. Now that I teach from home, it has provided an area where I can check in and out of work.

Was shopping for a desk that was a bit more out of the norm for a desk. I came across this desk and really liked the uniqueness and color. Decided to go with after all the reviews and pics for my new home office. Actually its a very sturdy (heavy) desk after assembly. The price was right for this desk.

Great desk for the price. It is stylish, large enough to use two monitors and has functioning drawers. The only real downfall is its not solid wood but for the price, that is ok. Took about four hours to assemble.

I would have given 5 stars, however the desk came in with the wood damaged in several spots. I am not sure if thats due to the merchant or the delivery service, but I could tell it had been through a lot by the box, it was all beat up and the tape was off in certain spots. Also, 2 stars only because the item came a week after it was supposed to be here.
