This brand is one of the few who has that specific strand that is found in people with a healthy weight. When added to a diet and exercise program it really helps get the leg up.

It's really hard to say if this is something I really need. This is my 2nd time purchasing akkermansia and my 2nd time purchasing this brand. I can't really tell if it's working and honestly, for the price, I can't honestly say if it worth it or not.

Codeage supplements have become a go-to trusted source, so two weeks ago I ordered some (discovered there aren't many sources available) and have already experienced improvement in digestion and an overall calming of inflammation, a primary goal for all gut and metabolic issues.

This supplement has been recommended to us by an expert herbalist and homeopath for leaky gut. I admit I did not know of it. I read great positive reviews. Started using it, and hopeful.

So far so good! I have been taking a capsule every morning for the past few weeks and can really feel a decrease in my appetite! I am hoping it lasts!

I have only been taking this supplement for a week and a half and already noticing some positive changes in my digestion. Here's a caution: I put the capsules in the individual compartments of my pill box. The weather has been so humid, the capsules had partially liquified inside. I recommend keeping the capsules in the original container, with the cotton hat comes with it. Overall so far an excellent product that I plan on buying again.

Have only take for 3 days but am feeling I am getting more regular. Haven't noticed appetite difference yet it's only been a couple of days.
