my doctor advised this one. although it concludes magnesium oxide, since its liposomal she said it should be fine. i use 3 pcs everynight 1 hour before sleep and i didnt have any problem.

I put it in my coffee and it tastes horrible, like really fishy. Codeage does use quality ingredients, and I wanted to try getting key minerals in powder form instead of magnesium capsules. Did not take long enough to see any benefits because I couldn't get over the taste.
