I have been using Liposomal Vitamin C for over a year and it really works well in preventing colds from worsening. I recently started to feel like I was coming down with a cold, sneezing a lot and becoming congested. In the past whenever I'd get sick, it would lead to me getting bronchitis and having to go to the dr's for antibiotics to get better. I increased my dosage and within 3 days my cold was gone.

We can't for sure say how well it works. But we can say that since we've been taking liposomal vitamin C we have been well.
