This product is a great way to fill in the holes in your nutrition. Organs have been and are still prized in a great many hunter-gatherer tribes, and for good reason. Two months ago I changed my daily vitamin routine and I started taking Grass Fed Beef Organs instead of a multi vitamin. It has helped with my energy levels and it works well with the other supplements I take. I eat a lot of veggies but I don't consume a lot of beef and I don't like liver or other organ meats and this supplement fills that gap.

I developed histamine intolerance and other food allergies where almost everything I ate caused an allergic reaction. Read that porcine kidney helps with this but tried CodeAge instead because it was cheaper and had more organs. I take 1 before almost every meal to avoid the allergic reactions and indigestion. It also helps with acid reflux.

Work on the aftertaste …. I honestly makes me gag every time I try to swallow…
