Okay i have to admit it took amout 2 weeks and honestly I am impressed bloating gone.. energy level has gotten better. I think this helped greatly with my energy and recovery after workouts! Even though my blood tests showed sufficient vitamin Bs, I somehow still feel tired most days and need naps. I also exercise very lightly and try to do it daily, but can never seem to increase the intensity of my workouts. After taking this, I felt like I could run faster and sometimes for longer. No idea if this is related, but my menstrual cycles have always been on the long side (35+ days). For the first time in my 34 years of life, my period came 2 days early!

I could eat organ meats but not daily so this is just so much easier. it's tough finding one without fillers and also grass fed at the same time so I really appreciate this. I received this in the late afternoon and immediately ate 1 capsule. and I felt so awake at night I had trouble sleeping!! now, I've been eating 2 capsules every morning and I feel like I recover from my exercises so much better and could work out a bit more. These are great and I also have the Liver Beef and together everyday I can relax and know I am getting a lot of nutrients. Take the recommended dosage i take at least 4 a day. If you don't like eating the organs this is a must have! And quality is amazing.

A decent beef organ supplement at a decent price point. I didn't notice a great deal of difference in my energy levels and I opted to try a different brand once it was finished.

I feel the energy after 2 days but the only concern is that my body started to have rush and etching very badly. Not sure if is just me maybe i have a allergy on those capsules. It's so sad
