I love this brand and this product! I've been more conscious of the world around me since taking these. I've also noticed more energy, less fog, and more power.

I recently discovered that I have both mutations on the MTFHR gene. I've spent my life suffering from POTS, chronic fatigue, panic attacks, and severe anxiety. My blood work showed that I was completely deficient in folate and B12, even though my diet is high in these vitamins. Rather than taking a supplement recommended by my health coach, I researched. I came across codeage methylated b vitamins, and decided to give it a try. Since I started taking them, I've had NO panic attacks or tachycardia. My energy is so much better. I even ordered them for my mom! I highly recommend them to anyone with similar issues. They are also very affordable.

This seems to be a good value for a 2 month supply. I have only used it about a week, and I can safely say I'm not experiencing any toxicity symptoms like I did with synthetic vitamins/supplements. I haven't been feeling sick so I believe these are just what I needed. Happy with this product so far.
