I started taking this supplement alongside Code Age's Mimosa Pudica Seed capsules about 2 1/2 weeks ago in hopes of supporting better gut health and digestion, and to find a natural way to boost my energy. By week two I can honestly say I feel like my digestive cycle, mental clarity, and energy levels are all on the up.

Last month I was traveling a lot and it was pretty hard on my body. I knew I was going to be run down so I took the polyphenols supplement along with me. I took the recommended dosage, 3 capsules a day, and 4 on days I was feeling that run down feeling. I could feel my body skirting the line of becoming sick, however, to my surprise, I was healthy and active the entirety of my travels. I would take these supplements in the morning or in the evening if I was more run down and I would wake up feeling clean and energized for the next day! This supplement would be great to have on you on the regular to make sure you're keeping up with your general health and functionality of your immune system.

Taking this supplement for the cardio protection offered by plant polyphenols. Some close relatives have had heart issues and they are taking similar supplements, but I'm choosing this one for the unique combination of ingredients. Acai, turmeric, and green tea were things I was already taking alone. Reducing the number of supplements to single handful rather than two is a plus! Codeage is an interesting company--I've purchased a couple other items as well.

Have been taking this for 3 weeks already and I must say this is the best source of vitamin C you can have. I began experiencing the benefits of collagen supplement with these since ascorbic acid did not do the job before and made me more vitamin C deficient. God sent supplement through CODE AGE people.

This like all of the product from Code Age is a great value for money! I have a hard time getting antioxidants so being able to get all I need for the day in one quick pill is awesome. Plus everything in this is plant based apposed to a lot of products that are blends of chemicals to help fight against free radicals. This is a great addition to my daily supplement routine!

I haven't felt drastic effects but I don't think you usually do. I know these can act as a probiotic in a way and I've definitely felt an improvement on my gut health between these and the probiotics I've been taking and Polyphenols are full of strong antioxidants which I'm not sure if you feel much of an effects from antioxidants no matter how effective (I haven't) but they're still so beneficial in so many ways. Taste wasn't bad either! And the pill is a little big but nothing you can't swallow without some water.

A, you need to take too many. B, they are hard to swallow. C, and most importantly, these did absolutely nothing that I could tell. Would not buy again and would not recommend.
