I bought this as a complement to resveretrol for antioxidant and health as well as cognitive improvements. I got very subtle cognitive improvements with the combination but as a surprise I lost some weight and it was some visable mid-section fat loss. I didn't change diet or exercise. $cost is prob. the only downside.

I found that taking the recommended full dose of 4 capsules was too much for me personally. I take 1 or 2 capsules at most per day. If I take more, I have slight stomach upset and have hard time to fall asleep. Otherwise, I think it's a good product.
