Codeage Liposomal Zinc, 3-Month + Supply, Zinc Gluconate Essential Mineral Vegan Supplement, Non-GMO, 100 ct

Was looking for a liposomal zinc source, and have taken for a week with another Codeage supplement, NAD . Very pleased - doesn't interfere other my other supplements; no downsides. I'm taking this after getting a blocked kidney duct infection and sepsis (due to a 6mm kidney stone from severe dehydration from gut infection my PCP did not keep on top - I replaced her with a new PCP who listens, and with better staff). This is apart of my bone marrow, skin, hair repair recovery. Bone marrow is like your spinal cord for your skin, hair, nails, supporting necessary white and red blood count norms. Your marrow is often not addressed conventionally in severe illness recovery, but it should be one of the first thing instead. This compliments and aids NAD and biotin, enhancing their work.

High dosage of zinc as advertised. Careful, this is a lot of zinc to take in one day. Make sure you need it. This could really put you in a bad place if you don't. However, if you're low on zinc then one a day of these should bring you around. But don't take daily for too long because, with this much, you'll top off sooner than you think.

I just received it about a week ago with zinc product and I take it about every other day. My diet varies a bit and so getting Extra zinc I feel is important. I'm 74 and I am looking to expand my maturity into the hundreds. Codeage Products are excellent.

I take zinc regularly and because of it I don't catch a cold or flu often. Some zinc I've taken in the past left a powdery feel/taste but this one does not. I like that it is liposomal which helps preserve the zinc and aids absorption. This is my third purchase from the brand and I like the quality of the supplements.

I really like this brand because there's no filers in it. Zinc is great to add to your diet. I've noticed a better metabolism as well as a better immune system.
