Shilajit
The resin tastes harsh and is sticky, you really don't know how much you are getting, but with the gummies you get the same amount each day and they taste great.

I purchased it for my wife and myse...
I purchased it for my wife and myself as shilajit was strongly advised from a close friend. Especially after my research I found how important it is for males. Also the antiflammatory affects are very important for my condition. The taste is good cant say it is the best but a good quality gummy taste. Hopefully it will give the booster to me in the long run

The item that I received is exactly...
The item that I received is exactly like what is pictured. I thought that 60 gummies would equal a 30-day supply but the label indicates you should take between one and four servings a day depending on your needs, so it's hard to determine if this is a good value or not. Truthfully, only repeated use over time can tell if these are worth the cost.
