This has been a great help as I have recovered from 2 knee replacement surgeries. My surgeon adds it to your post-op regime while taking pain meds. It effective, yet gentle.

I take narcotics for pain. As part of that I have horrible constipation. I found that Colace extra strength works really good for me. I take it every day and don't really have any more problems. I highly recommend it.

I've used Colace (and Colace imitations) in the past, so I know that this is a very simple, very gentle, usually effective method for maintaining regularity. You can use it for a long time without any side effects. I recently ordered a box of Colace to deal with some constipation and I was already home before I noticed that one of the inactive ingredients is titanium dioxide. Uh oh. Titanium dioxide is a food additive/whitener allowed by the FDA in the US at 1% or less, but banned in Europe for genotoxicity reasons. Pass. I don't really care if my stool softener is bright shiny white. I usually scrutinize the active and inactive ingredient lists and I simply overlooked the titanium dioxide. I started a return with Walmart and noted that the mistake was completely my own.

This stuff is top rated, and really works to make sure you have an easy flow of your bowel movements. Highly recommended.

This is a good safe working product. I have no side effects or stomach pain or discomfort. At least with me, anywhere between 12-18 hours I have positive results.👍

Instead of doing its job, it made it harder to go, no matter how much water I drank. Made constipation worse.

I only got one box my order was for 2 boxes of cola ce. What do I do about this problem. I need help
