Coleman Brazos 30-Degree Sleeping Bag

My son had a retreat at his school and didn't feel the flooring throughout the sleeping bag. Says he was really comfortable. I was even able to get it back into the sleeve.

I use the sleeping bag mainly indoors instead of blankets. Our cottage is cool to cold even in summer. The sleeping bag keeps me warm and is easy to use, then put away.

Looked high and low for an inexpensive sleeping bag that would be good for chilly nights and that was lined with something soft, not shiny polyester. This fit the bill!! Will be buying two more for my kids. Can't speak to the durability since I only used them once but they look like they can stand up to some hard use. Like the stuff sack, love the flash light pocket in the inside as well as the no snag zippers!

PROS - Stitching is good so cold air does not easily enter the bag. The zipper works well but it's only been used for about a week. The lining is thinner than real flannel but the synthetic fleece-like fabric is impressively warm. Good value; purchased on sale. CONS - Concerned about longevity; especially the zipper

Great bag for cold night's. I used it for winter camping and it worked well. It is heavier than my all around sleeping bag but it is worth it for camping in cold weather (20 or below).

We got these sleeping bags for our fall camping trip. The two bags zip together to make a large sleeping bag. Great for the wife and I. We are in our 60's and still love camping in a tent. Thank you for a fantastic lite and very well made warm bag.

Firstly, this isn't a bag you'd want to pack if you're doing a ruck march or trying to pack light. It's thick and bulky and difficult to pack back into the stuff sack without opening up the expansion zipper. It seems durable and well made and the 5 I bought for my family held up perfectly during our first outing with them. One complaint I had is that the inner fabric is a felt-like fabric and clings to any clothes you wear in the bag. This caused some issues with the bag bunching up and the zipper moving around rather than staying in place. A second issue I had was that the zipper did not zip very smoothly once in the bag. It seems as if the entire length of the zipper isn't in a perfectly straight line then it catches at points and with the bag bunching up due to the inner material that was an annoyance for me. These are both minor complaints, of course. During our outing we slept in a tent best suited for late spring through early fall and did not have any form of heat available to us. When we woke up the next morning it was a crisp 27 degrees and everyone in the family confirmed that they kept warm through the night with no issues including the kids who are 3, 5, and 7. Overall I am very pleased with the product.

I had the bag shipped to Walmart in Abington. Picked it up today. courteous and helpful attendants. Got answers when I needed them. The bag was in good condition when I removed it from the box. Played with it a little, unzipped and felt for comfort and performance. Nice. I know I will enjoy this in the winter.

The ad for this sleeping bag said it was good for 20 to 40 degree weather. They should say above 40 degrees. My 8 yr old grand son and I used the bags last weekend. The temp was 39 degrees. We were feeling cold in the bags. We should have taken an extra banket or two. Size and zippers were fine.
