Coleman Guide Series® Compact Dual Fuel™ Stove

I like using the dual fuel products like the lantern and this stove. This unit is built well and can get a medium cast iron skillet up to 500 F in a few minutes. It's really all you need for a stove. No need for the wasteful and costly16oz propane bottles.

I am highly impressed by the quality and craftsmanship of this stove. I love that I can use unleaded gasoline because this gives me greater flexibility on long excursions to remote places. I use this outside my Jeep camper and love having one single fuel. The stove functions very well and I can boil water for a cup of tea in 2 minutes flat on the medium setting. I use a GSI outdoors 2 liter collapsible pot, which fits the stove perfectly.

Awesome, classic stove. Great for boating or as a 3rd burner when using another Coleman stove. Difficult to find over the past few years so grab one when you can.

So far so good. I've burned roughly 2 tanks of fuel through this stove so far and it has been flawless. I've used only Coleman fuel so far but like the ability to use gasoline if needed. One of the major criticisms about this stove is that you cannot turn it down to a low flame without experiencing problems. I do not have that issue with mine.

The cutest ever. Easy to operate and practucal. Last a long time on a tank of gasoline and pumps. Portable - I can take it anywhere. Now, I have to test it for longevity and find oit how durable this stove is.

Stove works well, essentially the same as the older models, which is a good thing. Simmers well, not too loud and works well with medium to larger pans. Pre- heating with a tiny bit of fuel or fire starting paste on top of the burner is essential for successful cold weather operation. This one of the best compact stoves for actually cooking on. Very glad that Coleman resumed production of this model.

I recently bought the Dual Fuel lantern & it is great, so the new version of the former Sportster stove will be a great add to my canoe trips.

Seems very well made, nice sturdy base . I haven't used this one yet but I used the dual burner fuel stove from Coleman on a recent camp and it was amazing

This stove is a good product. Although I can say that (for the price $95.00) it can be a little better made. Some of the parts on the burner are not precisely aligned and, although it does not affect its functionality, it gives it a “third-world-made look”. Parts need to be better aligned. Also the fuel tank cap has a small, but visible, chip on the paint and there is an installation scratch on the paint underneath the burner. Where is Coleman's quality control? That said, this is a good little stove.

Nice stove - all functions well except the flame doesn't adjust - primary use is to make coffee while camping.
