Am a Biology major. Carefully checked to see that ALL essential ingredients are there for nail, skin, and hair to look good (doesn't mean you can smoke, drink, ignore eating well, exercise, keeping weight down though). Wife has been using it for better than a year. Goes in every morning smoothie. Would recommend putting it into something like milk, etc. Don't think it would taste bad in plain water. It's something to keep up as a maintenance program. There are way too many products out there that don't have all that you need. This is very cost effective too.

Dissolves quickly in my coffee and doesn't have a gross flavor. This is now my go-to for collagen supplement. You only need 1 scoop and they actually send a scooper in the tub! The price is pretty inexpensive as well.

I have noticed a major change in my nails and skin since taking this supplement. My nails are very strong and grow quicker. My skin has cleared up. I really like this product. I just put a scoop of it in my protein shake and I'm good to go!

ben using for about a month now. have seen increased hair and nail growth, less pain in my knees, and less hair falling out whenever I brush and wash my hair. i was very skeptical about taking it, but have noticed that the red spots on my cheeck are fading. 1 scoop in coffee every morning and a scoop in my coffee after dinner has made a huge difference in my appearance!

desolves great with no taste

This doesn't have any flavor so I can mix it into my coffee or anything else and I can really tell the difference in my hair and nails.

I am not allergic to this product; it does not contain pepper of any kind. I use it and i believe it helps me move better doing housework, exercises, ect. -- as collagen disappears when adults turn 25-30 years old. I would recommend this product to any adult over the age of 50.

Walmart is dropping the ball on delivery. they mess up every time I ordered, no more I am going with mejor now
