Just recieved this product. Plugged it in, Love at first feel !!! Wife tried it. Wants one of her own... NOW. Love all the features, found knots I didn't even know I had :-). Thank you for a great product.

This is amazing! Works really well. Has many functions to help massage you ful back and neck depending on how tall you are. Heat works well also. Be sure to follow time length instructions, as I let it go for over 30 minutes and was very sore the next day. This is normal. Highly recommend.

High enough to cover the lower back all the way to neck. The straight track of the movement could be better if it could be curved to adjust to the spine. Heat is too weak. Operation noise is negligible.

I’m 6’4, 250lbs. I would say for the price it does the job. Most of my tension is along the sides of my spine and it helps release a lot of tension. The only downside is I can only use it on the couch angled up by 3 pillows for me to adjust so it can reach my neck. Otherwise good buy.

I love this massager. It is almost as good as the nail salon massager chairs. The only downside of this is that the rolling nobs stick out a little too far not allowing for a comfortable lay-back on the device. It does give a great massage and hits all the sore spots though.

it has 3 different massage modes, for top/bottom or all of your back. my favorite is you can adjust it to the exact spot you want. im too short for it to get my neck but no real complaints. folds up and slides away easily after using. it definitely soothed some sore muscles comfortably

I was so excited to get this as the massage and heat feature stopped working on my recliner. Unfortunately, it's like sitting against bricks. The padding over the rollers isn't nearly thick enough to make the massage bearable. Instead, it's horribly painful. I'll try the manufacturer's suggestions of placing a towel over it for extra padding, but let's be real. If it was built properly we wouldn't need a towel to make it less painful.
