I had bought one at Sam's years ago until it broke. Then I went a few years without one and I saw one at Walmart and I thought it be quite similar and not even close . Trying out all modes and the only thing it does is vibrate. The one from Sam's actually had balls in the gadget and they would move around depending on where you needed the masssage . This is not what I want. For this I'm returning it back. Thank you

This fit my lumbar game style chair perfectly. It has settings for the intensity of the massage, and the heat works well too. I am going to enjoy setting at my desk when its cold cause this will help keep me stay warm along with massaging my back. I am so glad I bought this one. Great price and product.

My cat %26 I enjoy this very much! Yes it's a little noisy but turn up the tv %26 you get used to it. Beats trips %26 $$$ for monthly massages therapists. No it's not as good but it works for me.

This massager is perfect for anyone that can't have the deep tissue types or sensitive to the pressure of the other kinds. I got more relief when slightly reclined (loveseat that has a recliner on each side). The remote is amazing and the options are great too. You can choose one of the preset modes or select which parts to stay on (i.e. lower back and seat). I carry my stress on my shoulders and have arthritis in my lower back. This massager helps loosen muscles in order to stretch better and lower my pain.

This is very loud with a rough massage. Not for someone who needs gentle or more calming pain relief. It's stiff and clunky, so awkward to use. Didn't give neck or shoulder relief either. Lower lumbar action too rough. Back vibration was only usable part for me, but not beneficial enough and not good for my needs or up toy expectations. A Dr. Scholl's brand I had several years ago was far better and superior to this. Wish I still had that..

I dropped it off at the store and the manager told me she couldn't return it I bought it online but I showed her the app and I left the cushion there I want my money back or better chair massager that was thin and weird
