Comfort Glow Electric Log Set with Heater

Since I can't afford to convert my wood fireplace to gas, I decided to give this a try and absolutely love it! The glow is realistic to wood that has been burning for a while, after the flames have died down and is relaxing, calming to look at. The unit throws enough heat to make the area comfortable and I believe is helping me to conserve oil-definitely an unexpected plus. I should have bought it sooner...

I made this purchase to use it in my Bedroom, the heater is strong, I use 2 out of 6 settings and it heats my Bedroom up, but it is noisy so it takes a little longer to fall asleep. What it lacks is it could have been more realistic, more lit logs, the crackling noise a real fire makes and non noisy heater, but if heat is what your top purpose is than I would suggest this product.

The logs are beautiful, with a real look of fire. It has 5 heat settings and 3 flame settings. I would recommend it to anyone. love it

Love it! Took out the gas fireplace , cost of gas to high, and the danger of gas period , this looks great and works great .

We are pleased with this fire place insert. The LED fire light is good, but not as good as a real fire but a whole lot less trouble. I like the remote because it controls both the six level heat and the three level light settings. It's a good way to quickly take the chill off a room without building a fire, so we are getting a lot more use out of the fireplace. I would recommend to a friend.

Well its not cold yet but the heater seems to put out heat well The flames are not really realistic but enough to make it look cozy and nice, I am happy with it. Though will see how it performs when the weather changes.

This electric log set produces an admittedly artificial "glow" and "flickering flames" but behind a fireplace screen, it seems almost real. It also produces heat, with a fairly quiet minimal blower~not enough to heat the entire room, but makes sitting nearby cozy. You can also use the fireplace with just the "flames" and no heat. My husband loves the remote control. I like the small size of the logs, which fit our little firebox perfectly. For our little condo, this works perfectly and is much easier and cleaner than a wood fire. Shipping was quick and the unit arrived in excellent condition.

I love the real look of a fireplace with 3 light settings, however it does not heat the small family room, even with 5 heat adjustment settings. Just a cozy look if that is what you're looking for. Also, it would be nice if the product was available in the store, or could be picked up at the store. Shipment is in the original box. With a large picture displayed on the box. FedEx put the box on the open porch, rang the doorbell and left. Thankful that I was home that day to retrieve the package.

Everythings great, delivery, packaging, function, but one little hiccup if you put it as an insert in fireplace and bring cord forward and around the front corner of fireplace, its too short to reach outlet cord needs to be 7 or 8 ft. I will buy the proper extension and make sure its safe.

The log set worked for about a 1/2 hour. Then the heater/ Blower would shut down and not come back on. Had to reset ( Turn off then back on for Heater to work if only for a couple of miuetes. I will say that the 3rd Party vendor "Tool King" Did respond quickly , sent me a UPS call tag to return and refunded total cost promptly. Maybe I got a bad one, Don't know. But if you want it just for the ambience then it would be fine. as for heating....... didn't re order so can't really say.
