Commercial Cool 10,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner, White, with Remote Control

I'm very pleased so far. Just hooked up yesterday. It works on 110 electrical outlet, though I have nothing plugged in on that side of room, so it could be considered a dedicated line. It blows cold, its quiet even on high- though I haven't played much with the remote i think “ high” should have another level such as “max high fan”- I did make mistake thinking the 4th level fan was max high, so when the room started getting warm inside , I realized that was fan only mode. Turned it back to the 3rd fan setting- high and started cooling immediately. As I stated it is a quiet running ac considering others I've used in past. The remote has lots of different choices for comfort, energy saving shutoff timer etc. i was able to buy this 14,500 ac at a 10,000 ac price and appreciated the price reduction. FedEX was fast . Was delivered the day and time the setup when buying. I have no c/o and i would recommend duct tape water proof to reinforce the foam/side fold out doors on side of ac. Otherwise viewers who bout in past year high ratings was the reason I bought this brand and model. Ps- not as heavy as a 5,000 i had to put in window- I think description in book said 66.7 lbs weight.

The package arrived no time and in excellent condition by the delivery driver. This is a great product to purchase and use. I would recommend this product to my family and friends.

Works amazing, energy save mode is pretty awesome too. You can set to cool and it's get the room nice and cool then switches back to auto to keep the room to temp. Would definitely recommend it! Installed in under 10 minutes.

The vent needs to be able to move in more directions than it does. It blows good and strong across my bed I got a vent cover. The side pocket you have to put more of that grey stuff to make it stick. I can not remember the name of it. But it goes on the sides to help keep it close to the wall.

I purchased this as a gift.Although,not specifically a Walmart issue the unit was damaged in shipping. The box had no external damage but when it was opened the back coils were bent. A Walmart associate assisted me and gave me a partial credit . The unit does seem to be working. It was very nice that Walmart stood behind this sale and I appreciated that.

i liked the price. i like how it does cool. however i do believe the thermometer on it doesnt work. i actually bought a thermometer and it said 80 in the room. so then i just pushed it down to 67 it turns on and cools but at 70 it is like it doesn't register at all. nor auto turn on

I bought a Air Conditioner on June 16…and it was Damaged. I called Walmart and they offered me $25 for the Damaged AC..which I Accepted. Now how can I Apply this money at Check Out?

I rated it one star because, even though it works well when it works, you should not buy something this expensive and heavy through Walmart online. They seem to have a deal with FedEx, and FedEx is the worst courier I've dealt with. They dropped this 75lb AC on its front edge and delayed delivery 4 times. The front of it was dented inward over half an inch. I managed to bend it back into place a bit, and it still worked, but it only lasted a few days before the fan motor died in it. Any time I've bought something through Walmart, it ships with FedEx and has some kind of delay or they have trouble with the address even though Amazon, UPS, and even DHL (the most infamous for losing things) manages to find the place with how screwed up it is on the maps. My address does show up both on Google Maps and FedEx's Forge Esri GIS Mapping System in the right place, so they should have no problem finding me, but half of them can't read, I guess. Basically, this review is a warning to you, online shopper; don't ship things through Walmart. Try to find the same item on Amazon or eBay (it's usually cheaper, and that includes this exact AC). They both barely ever use FedEx (in fact, FedEx ended their contract with Amazon), so you'll likely get a better delivery experience AND a better price.

I purchased this for my living room after reading great reviews. It literally does not work. I can stand in front of the “air conditioner” and it just feels like a fan is blowing on me. I don't even know if I can return it because the box got ripped trying to get the AC out of the box. Very annoyed I spent so much money on this and it doesn't work.

see item works as should but of course Walmart plus never has any good shipping there's always an issue with shipping I can order from timu and get my stuff before or when I'm supposed to never after or for some reason not delivered Walmart plus sucks for a service
