Your abilities to have products and ALWAYS On time e never fails...however, I ordered the wrong kind of filter for my Large refrigerator style. Therefore after opening the package and attempting to use them... Well thank God i have a neighbor who could use them. She is very happy!

I've never used a filter that drained black water on my paper towel before. It also continues to leave a black film in my ice maker. I use the filtered water to fill my countertop ice-maker. It's not much but it is still there. I 'm sure there must be charcoal in the filters doing this. I'll go back to Brita and spend the money!

Inferior quality, does not remove chlorine taste from water. Would not buy again.
