I have been taking creatine for about eight months now and was worried about the bloating effect as a female, even though I lift heavy weights three or four times a week and I believe my body has adapted. I did some research and the creatine HCl is the best. I was using an unflavored brand and mixing it in a little bit of water or my protein shake in the morning. I got the lemon flavored of this brand and it is great with water and very easy to drink to the taste is wonderful! When I first opened it, it looked like there was nothing in there, but the scoop serving is about the size of the tip of my pinky so there are just as many servings in this small container as there is in a regular size creatine. I do feel the water retention is less and I seem to have a good boost of energy and mental clarity is better as well as Marlene muscle ! Also, my mental clarity is better as well as seeing a difference in my lean muscle Mass. I am very happy I found this brand and would highly recommend it.

Wow! This stuff is amazing! And not just for physical conditioning but for mental conditioning as well! 2 months ago I started a fairly intense workout routine involving HIIT and strength training and was struggling a bit keeping up. I started taking this a week ago, had my first training session today after a 3 day weekend being incredibly lazy and I nailed my workout! No struggle, no muscle fatigue, my cardio had significantly improved. It was like I floated through it. My mind feels sharper, clearer and more vibrant as well and basically no soreness. I'm so incredibly impressed. Will always keep this in stock. Taste is like a tart lemonade, which I love and enjoy drinking. A great product.

Really helps with recovery and endurance. Since starting to use this I have seen a significant improvement in my recovery, endurance and strength. Even with increasing intensity, my body adjust very well. Tastes delicious to me, like a super tart lemonade. Mixes well, great amount of servings and a great price.

Great taste, great price and a great amount of servings. I'm having faster recovery and significant strength gains. My body is toning up so much easier than before. Will be a constant in my routine.

My legs were failing steps became a huge problem this product works quickly supplying the muscles with what they need refreshing lemon/lime flavor not excessively sweet.

Was alittle worried about container size but after reading info it's different kind of creatine more concentrated 1 week on it and no upset stomach that was having with creatine mono-hydrated and best of all has a nice lemon flavor thumbs up approved game changer !!!

I'm surprised that such a small amount per serving has already made a difference for me cognitively. As far as physical improvements, such as exercise recovery, I don't think I've taken it long enough to discern any, but it certainly hasn't been detrimental! Try it.

Officially now part of my morning routine - if I skip it, I feel it. Much better than popping in pill form.

Great price! It actually works and it doesn't make me bloated. Monohydrate gave me severe insomnia. I don't love the lemon lime flavor, but it's tolerable. Next time I'm going to try raspberry if it's in stock. And for all the people complaining about the small quantity in the container, if go back and actually read all the information it tells you that they use the same size container for both quantities.

I was entirely disappointed in this product -- first, the container was only about 1/3 full. The citrus flavor was pronounced, possibly comprising the majority of the product. It was claimed on the label that it was "7X Concentrated" and had only a tiny scoop for retrieval. But as a long-time creatine user during an extensive rehabilitation, I am skeptical. There are better options available. -- save your money.
