Conair Pro Yellow Bird Hair Dryer (Model: YB075W)

I purchased the protection plan for the blow dryer because I wanted to make sure that if something happens to it the protection plan would already be in place.

This is truly a professional grade blow drier. I used it after washing my 4c hair. The products I put on my hair before blow drying were really able to lock in and make my hair fluffy and straight. My hair is usually very dry the day after washing (no matter what I put in it)...not with this blow dryer! I LOVE this blow dryer and would definitely recommend!

My last Hairdryer was a Conair Yellowbird dryer and I had it for over 10yrs. Its powerful and soft drying makes it the best and I had went through many dryers and have tried many others when mine wasnt with me and nothing compares. I definetely recommend it.

This blow dryer is good for kinky hair, thick, or coarse natural hair. I have 4c natural hair and I used the YellowBird to blow out my hair; this blow dryer ALMOST straighten my hair completely, which is the look I wasn't going for, but in the end I loved the results! The comb attachment is on point! Plus, the style of this blow dryer is very cute and retro.

This is by far the best blow dryer on the market ! It has a great motor, having a powerful blower and lasts for years !

Have had one for decades. It may have not been a Conair brand from back then. They are identical other then the color (old one is offwhite). It sometimes has a noise in the motor when i turn it on, so thought i would purchase a replacement dryer!

I had one like this one for many years. This one replaces it. I like the overall performance of the Yellow Bird Hair Dryer. Cord is sturdy, airflow is right, the accessories are useful .

First of all I know conair no longer makes this hair dryer because I can't find it anywhere on their website. I originally purchsed a Yellow Birds many years ago at Sally's Beauty. It worked great for about 10 years until the base broke in half. Over the years I have tried others dryers, but I finally went back to the Yellow Bird. The only place I could find it is on Walmart and Amazon. I used it last night and it dryed my hair really good. There was a strange strong scent, but it dried and straightened my thick coarse hair. I read the other reviews about it breaking and having to replace it frequently, like one reviewer said if it continues to work I will keep buying.

This is a replacement to an identical dryer that finally died after nearly 15 years of use. This machine has a strong airflow and gets hot when needed. It has 4 settings: 1) low speed-cold air 2) low speed warm air 3) hi speed-warm air 4) hi speed-HOT air. One switch is RED, the other BLUE, and below, a black (power) switch. The funny thing is that the RED switch controls the motor speed, the BLUE switch controls the heat setting. I'd think that the RED should control the heat and the BLUE control speed. Since I relate RED to heat. The old unit was the same way. I'd recommend running it a few seconds on LOW heat cold air a few seconds before shutting it off. I think that helps make it last longer. Other than that, it's a strong well made machine.

The blow dryer is great , but I would have ordered it from Amazon prime if I knew it was gonna take 3 weeks to receive it , I still don't have it , it says sometime today for the past couple days . DONT ORDER THIS FROM HERE . I'm a traveling hairstylist and this is messing up money .
