Purchased this as a gift and they liked it. Good thing about ordering from Walmart is they will deliver for you. You do not have to pay extra to ship someone their gift.
I just got an induction stove top and needed an induction compatible pasta pot/ steamer. The quality is great. The top handle is easy to grip. Washes like brand new. I would recommend
I love my new pasta pan. I have arthritis and it is hard for me to lift a pan full of pasta and water to the sink to drain. Now I can lift only the pasta and pour the water out later. I also love the steamer portion of the set. Steamed salmon in it and it was so handy.
Made very well, good construction, basket has good construction as well. Taller than my last pot does not fit in the same area in my cabinet.
This pot is wonderful, beautiful, and I used it to host a seafood boil. It delivered even heating (meaning no hot spots) did I mention it's a beautiful pot? Don't hesitate-get one!
I bought this 8 quart pot to make soup in. I have already made soup and it worked out great. I also loved the steamer basket and the pasta cooker insert. This is a very heavy pot and well worth the money.

Needed a new pot and this is perfect! Love it!
She merging about this is designed badly. When the bigger insert is in, the water amount is much less in it vs just the pot alone, and if the water boils, which it has to for pasta to cook, it's boiling over the sides, while barely moving in the insert. This pot is huge, a pound of pasta fits fine in it, til you use the insert. What a mess.
