had an older design that finally wore down. the fully stainless is a nice upgrade, not having to worry about scratches on the pot. the drain system is different than the old model but still works, just an adjustment.

Great pan, love that it's stainless and includes strainer. Works with my induction cooktop or could be used on any stovetop. Nice size, might get another one in next size up too.

I was very surprised at the quality and how heavy the pot was for the price. Very pleased.

This was a Xmas gift for my daughter. She was thrilled.

Very good quality. Great to have Lock- N - Drain. I am a older senior, my first attempt I made spaghetti but the pot was too heavy for me to handle. The lid which is clear kept fogging up %26 the side handles were extremely hot. I did use gloves as stated in the instructions to pick up the pot to drain the water out, but unfortunately this product is not good for me. In reality a younger person would love this product. I highly recommend it.

I'm torn. I love the shape and function of this pot, but extremely disappointed that the insert says it can only be used on med or low heat otherwise risk damage and discoloration. That means reduced usefulness. First use resulted in light brown stains on inside bottom. Sad.

The handle on the pot has a rubber covering with two stainless steel pieces on each side. One of steel pieces was missing and the rubber is broken. The pot itself is great to cook soups and sauces in. This was ordered through home delivery. The shoppers need to do a better job inspecting the items that they choose.

If you bought a beautiful new soup pot, and the care and use instructions said it can be used only on low or medium heat because "Using a high heat setting causes the bottom to become very hot" and may void the warranty, would you return it? Because that's what I'm getting ready to do. I didn't buy this pot just to sit and admire it.

I bought this Tramontina Lock-N-Drain Stainless Steel 6 Quart Covered Stock Pot, 3 Count from Walmart on Feb 19, 2021. It was fine for a week but after that there is a strange white fluid which comes out from the rivets / inside of the vessel where the handle attaches to the stock pot This is highly disgusting and if I boil water the white thing / spongy fluid from the rivets floats in the water. The same happens while cooking as well so we are not able to use the stock pot This is a health hazard While checking with Walmart they asked to contact Tramontina directly
