This pillow is perfect for sitting up in bed reading or watching tv it doesn't go flat like most pillows do. It is a really thick pillow so I couldn't use it on my bad neck but it works during the day sitting up watching tv and reading my Bible or a good book

I immediately fell in love with this pillow and ordered another one. The flash deal made 2 pillows cost LESS than the regular price of one pillow. Highly recommended.

I like that the pillow gives support, yet is not too stiff. Comfortable, doesn't loose it's shape, and just the right size.

It is very stiff. Thicker than I thought and I wanted firm but this is quite hard almost stiff. Great for watching tv in bed but cannot side sleep with it-no give.

these pillows do not "conform" to your head. I like a firm pillow but this one you chase across the bed. and the cooling gel side isn't.

This pillow is not good for side sleepers because it does not maintain loft. As I laid on it, my head slowly sunk into the pillow until the pillow was about an inch high. Not worth the money. I do not recommend it.

This pillow was WAY TOO HARD!!! I was excited to purchase this pillow, so excited in fact that I purchased 2, but unfortunately, they are so hard I can't even use them. Unfortunately, since they came vacuum packed that I didn't find this out without opening them and letting them reach room temperature and get completely inflated. That's when I discovered how incredibly hard they are! Ugh! I wasted $$$ and I can't return them and definitely can't use them!

This product is advertised as a cool gel pillow. It is way too firm to be comfortable.. The pillow is not even cool to the touch when you first touch it and gets hot to the touch within one minute. I want to return this as it did not live up to the billing..

This pillow cannot be used unless you don't want to sleep. It's hard as a rock. I wish I could get my money back but can't return it because the box it was sent in is tiny %26 I don't know how the pillow ever fit into it😔
