This pillow is perfect for sitting up in bed reading or watching tv it doesn't go flat like most pillows do. It is a really thick pillow so I couldn't use it on my bad neck but it works during the day sitting up watching tv and reading my Bible or a good book

Bought this for my husband. He seems to like it. He had told me to save his old pillow - just in case - and 3 weeks later he hasn't asked for the old one back. I think I'd like it too; it seems to have a good mix of soft but also supportively firm. Very good quality pillow.

Very impressed with the quality, and just the right amount of thickness. Love that it's memory foam that is in its own case, then a case over that. The cooling is impressive. Also, Im a huge fan of memory foam, and this pillow contours as you're hugging it.

It is very stiff. Thicker than I thought and I wanted firm but this is quite hard almost stiff. Great for watching tv in bed but cannot side sleep with it-no give.

This pillow was WAY TOO HARD!!! I was excited to purchase this pillow, so excited in fact that I purchased 2, but unfortunately, they are so hard I can't even use them. Unfortunately, since they came vacuum packed that I didn't find this out without opening them and letting them reach room temperature and get completely inflated. That's when I discovered how incredibly hard they are! Ugh! I wasted $$$ and I can't return them and definitely can't use them!

This product is advertised as a cool gel pillow. It is way too firm to be comfortable.. The pillow is not even cool to the touch when you first touch it and gets hot to the touch within one minute. I want to return this as it did not live up to the billing..

This pillow cannot be used unless you don't want to sleep. It's hard as a rock. I wish I could get my money back but can't return it because the box it was sent in is tiny %26 I don't know how the pillow ever fit into it😔
