I haven't been taking this long enough to know if it will help me feel better (energy/stamina). but I am also taking it for the heart benefit. I don't like swallowing large pills now, so I'm glad to find it in the gummies form. I take two a day and the taste is good, almost like a little snack :)

What I liked about these Co-Q10 Gummies, is that when I received the package it was double wrapped. Also it is easy to chew shaped like little hearts and tastes real good. The price was good for 2 bottles. I definitely will buy it back.

These are the best tasting gummies I've ever had and they don't stick together like other gummies do. Time will tell how effective but right now they are a good investment for reasonable price!

Item I used to purchase I can't find at any store so had to find another. Chose this because of the rating. It was delivered Feb 19, 2026. Bottles say "Shelf Life: 2 YEARS". The bottles I received say expires October 2026.....that is SEVEN MONTHS. A lot less than 2 years. This item was sold and shipped by a third party, "RainyLeaf YZD". Appears it's been sitting on their shelf for a year and a half, or longer.

The last time I bought these, from Walmart, they tasted great and seemed to help with my focus and such. This pack of them smells and tastes like the factory floor and I question their safety every time I take them. My neurologist recommended them, so I'm trying to follow doctor's orders .... But dang these taste like crap. And they're chewy and firm, which they weren't last time. Very unpleasant.
