I disliked everything about it. The quality, the durability, the slowness. I hate this thing. My son gets frustrated with how slow it is. Screen is super fragile as well. My sons screen has a crack and the touch display doesn't work on the whole thing. Bought it on the 20th and it didn't even last a full day. Wouldn't let me rate it less than one star. Doesn't deserve a star at all.

We were sent a demo unit, so after a ton of troubleshooting, it just wasn't salvageable for our son to use. It was meant to be displayed in a store (the instructions included said so) so we had to return it.

This was clearly used because it has profiles on it and a lock password. Now I can't use it for certain thing. Videos or live tv option don't work. Very disappointed! It was shouting be brand new, not used.

Turned on once after fully charging, died after 10 minutes. Have kept it on the charger for the last 5 days and will not turn back on. Even when it did work it was a complicated to try to work.

I don't like them they run slow as well as the live tv does not play unless the setting is to low the volume could be louder and the picture quality can be better

I bought it for my daughter for Christmas and it's so slow it won't work for anything videos games none of it she's never got to touch it 0 stars it was a wast of money

This is a refurbish tablet it was not even factory reset when arrived It also turns off and on even with a full charge what a rip off

I was sent the demo version so it's useless, in order to rate this product I have to give it a star but it deserves zero stars

once you update it it gets stuck on the pbs logo and just keeps looping it not even a whole day out of the box and its worthless
