This little printer is amazing. The mobile app used to operate the device is insanely easy to use. The small form factor of the labels really helped me label my inventory for my small business. The device connects to the app flawlessly. Absolutely recommend this little device!

This printer is so easy to figure out especially when you have to download an app where it tells you how to start couldn't get any easier than that, and small enough where you can store it anywhere. Making labels for anything you can think of is simple. It doesn't even make a sound when printing out a label like other printers. Would definitely recommend this product if you are starting to label and organize your stuff

Instructions were very clear and easy to follow . The app installation was quick . I use to have a different label maker but purchased this one as it was cheaper than the label refill buy for the old one. This one has different fonts texts sizes etc

works way better than I expected it too. this label maker is beyond user friendly. it works so easy as though I created it myself. I bought more labels to go with it. this is my favorite buy already this year! the photos show 2 labels that I created and printed in seconds.

I love that's its compact and travel size. Installing the app was easy. Setting up printing is very easy and I love that. Connecting to the app is easy as well. Where I have the biggest issue is setting up the roll to print. Once I put the roll in and followed the instructions, when I went to print I got a red light. I had to figure out I did something wrong. Because there's nothing to say when there's an error. I figured it out but only after I wasted paper. The cutter is okay but could be better. Overall, I would recommend if you need something inexpensive for small jobs.

It's ok. You have to download an app. Which I really honestly dislike but that is the way of the world now. The label printer is very basic and the labels are super small. Maybe 1” by 1/2” tops. They also do not seem waterproof at all. The alignment is not great. It's just ok for very basic prints. All black and white.

When I scanned the app it took me to a gameing thing and wanted to charge me $39.99 a month. I could not find the app on my Apple App Store. There were apps but not for the maker I bought. I had to contact through a chat that was ai. It had to refer me to a human who wasn't available. I later got an email and cancelled the game subscription but never found the app for this maker. I am returning it.

I'm disappointed with the product b/c it's not what I expected b/c the labels is small %26 i thought u could make them as long as u want instead of having to make more than 1 if the word is long!! So unfortunately it doesn't work for what I wanted to use it for but I like how it is rechargeable tho!!

Buy this along with a magnifying glass because the labels are small, and most importantly the text is small. These are individual rectangular labels and not meant for longer text/characters/symbols. The labels quality isn't good. They aren't paper-tape labels, they are a bit more durable, but not laminated . The text is very difficult to center symmetrically on the label, very frustrating. The app is intuitive and easy to use. No real complaints there. Connectivity was easy enough and there was minimal setup involved before using right away. Loading the tape was simple enough. The roll just sits in the well inside the machine and is fed mechanically. Wasted quite a few labels when testing out the machine. The machine did have a little bit of charge in the battery, rechargeable is a nice feature. The cutter works. It doesn't have a “snip” sound/feel to it like other label makers. So you don't quite have that feedback asserting when you've made the cut. Overall I understand why it is only $20. You get what you pay for.

The app connected to the printer but when I tried to add any graphics or borders, it refused to add it to the label. Then, when I simply typed out the text I wanted and hit print, it sent an error message every time. I kept checking the tape was in correctly, disconnecting/reconnecting the Bluetooth, turning the printer on/off, and even redownloading the app several times. It still refused to print.
