Instructions were very clear and easy to follow . The app installation was quick . I use to have a different label maker but purchased this one as it was cheaper than the label refill buy for the old one. This one has different fonts texts sizes etc

works way better than I expected it too. this label maker is beyond user friendly. it works so easy as though I created it myself. I bought more labels to go with it. this is my favorite buy already this year! the photos show 2 labels that I created and printed in seconds.

Great little portable label maker. My hubby got it for Christmas and already loves it. The only gripe we have is that it only comes with one small roll of label tape and we have to figure out how to purchase extra.

Specifically wanted it to make labels for the spice rack. Easy to install app and labels. No instructions about getting the most out of functionality, so it has been experimentation. Couldn't even locate the CPLM10 model on the website.

Product overall was good quality. Only issue is the roll of labels that come with it did not state the size so made it impossible to align when printing.

it comes with gap tape not continuous. and the print comes out spotty and light unless you push down on the top and cuts off text. 1 out of 10 recommend.

I'm disappointed with the product b/c it's not what I expected b/c the labels is small %26 i thought u could make them as long as u want instead of having to make more than 1 if the word is long!! So unfortunately it doesn't work for what I wanted to use it for but I like how it is rechargeable tho!!

When I scanned the app it took me to a gameing thing and wanted to charge me $39.99 a month. I could not find the app on my Apple App Store. There were apps but not for the maker I bought. I had to contact through a chat that was ai. It had to refer me to a human who wasn't available. I later got an email and cancelled the game subscription but never found the app for this maker. I am returning it.

Buy this along with a magnifying glass because the labels are small, and most importantly the text is small. These are individual rectangular labels and not meant for longer text/characters/symbols. The labels quality isn't good. They aren't paper-tape labels, they are a bit more durable, but not laminated . The text is very difficult to center symmetrically on the label, very frustrating. The app is intuitive and easy to use. No real complaints there. Connectivity was easy enough and there was minimal setup involved before using right away. Loading the tape was simple enough. The roll just sits in the well inside the machine and is fed mechanically. Wasted quite a few labels when testing out the machine. The machine did have a little bit of charge in the battery, rechargeable is a nice feature. The cutter works. It doesn't have a “snip” sound/feel to it like other label makers. So you don't quite have that feedback asserting when you've made the cut. Overall I understand why it is only $20. You get what you pay for.

The app connected to the printer but when I tried to add any graphics or borders, it refused to add it to the label. Then, when I simply typed out the text I wanted and hit print, it sent an error message every time. I kept checking the tape was in correctly, disconnecting/reconnecting the Bluetooth, turning the printer on/off, and even redownloading the app several times. It still refused to print.
