My hair and nails are growing faster than they were previously and appear healthier. It's an especially noticeable improvement in my eyelashes and facial hair. I have been using this product for years and so far it is the same formula that has helped to keep my hair healthy, and has been also good for my skin and nails.

At 75 years young 😊 my nails are now strong, hair thick and skin looks younger than most folk my age. I take four (4) 5000 mcg veg capsules every morning. The maxi hair vitamins are an excellent supplement for hair and nails. The only reason for 4 stars is the price, but they are worth it. If you want to bump up your hair growth, you can take 3x / day. Another tip is to start liquid silica and put rosewater on your scalp after washing. You will see new growth after a dormant phase (like surgery or illness).
