Country Life Quercetin + D3, 90 Vegetarian Capsules

I have discovered that quercetin is a great flavonoid and antioxydant that helps fight infections like c19 in tandem with zinc. But I use quercetin with high dose of niacin as it inhibits the niacin flush. I take one pill with water 45 minutes before the niacin and so far the flush has been barely there. So quercetin really really helps with the Niacin burning and flushing issue

Initially purchased product locally, but was unable to do so recently do to high demand and zero supply. Thank goodness I discovered iHerb! We wanted to stay with the same product (readily available through iHerb) because we have had good results with no physical side-effects. I was especially grateful for the speedy delivery as well! We like the option of quercetin and D3 in one capsule. But don't forget to take a zinc supplement at the same time. Together they are very important to fight off all sorts of viruses, including pandemic level viruses. This will help guard your family's health!

I live in Japan, there's always something in the wind, pollen, hogweed... These keep my allergy symptoms at bay. I still have some OTC antihistamines, but hardly need them anymore. Apart from seasonal allergies, I haven't caught a cold since I started taking quercetin a few years ago. I found that for help with allergies, one cap a day, a week or so before the season starts works very nicely for me.

This brand quercitin definitely works to control my seasonal allergies. I take it when I start sneezing a lot and start getting a stuffy nose and/or sinus headache. Unlike allergy pills that works right away, quercitin may take about 2 to 3 days to work, but it does for me. I take it because I prefer a supplement instead of an OC medication that causes side effects.

Getting Zinc into our cells, I thought was easy as popping the ZINC into my mouth. It seems, the 2 meds blocked from the public did so, but THIS OTC easy to obtain (FOR NOW) and inexpensive transport for ZINC across the cell's borders, is the NEXT BEST THING. Recommended is Quercetin, D, C and Zinc. AND THIS ONE HAS THE D3 ALREADY ON BOARD! If I knew this in the days when I took Echinacea for colds...maybe this would have been a better "out"

Quality is fine. Size is ok and the glass bottle is great, but other brands give a much better and serious improvement and feeling. It does not smell and does not taste bad. Also the doses and ingredients should be great together. However, I am not fan of this brand anymore; and who knows who are the real owners at this point .
