I'm using this product to recover from training and a past of over-training. I'm still in testing mode but it hasn't caused any problems and my energy seems to be coming back.

Very easy to swallow, good price and after my run, I take 4 tablets and swallow them real easy and I also drink a protein drink. I take both theses items so my muscles recover more quickly and rebuild to be bigger and stronger.
