These capsules need to be in your daily consumption because you will always have strong teeth and nails.

I like that these are capsules, much easier to take than big heavy tablets. Include Magnesium and Vit D although I take an additional Vit D product. Price is good. Came very securely packed and received it quickly.

This is, in my extensive experience, the best product of its kind on the market. I have used the same formula in tablet form for decades, but they became too large for me to swallow, so I switched to capsules. They're easier to swallow. Excellent product, top quality!

This is amazing! My family depends on this to supplement much needed magnesium and calcium. Takes away the need for melatonin in our home and if you are craving chocolate you need Mag in your diet!! I have seen it reduce a craving in our teenager by just altering the dose up a bit! Swanson's products are great, and occasionally one of the products they carry is more appropriate for my needs than their labeled product. Their health experts are very informed and helpful when it comes to choosing the right fomula. For Me, Country Life is a Great Calcium-Magnesium with Vitamin D complex and is the best fit. As a woman, it gives me everything I need in the Calcium department without the Zinc and other things that may be more appropriate for men. I'm so glad it's available from Swanson.
