Certified Gluten Free, Celiac & Bariatric Safe
Love Country Life, as a celiac and a bariatric surgery individual these are the only safe vitamins I could find! They are highly effective and taste good! I highly recommend them and rest assured they are Certified Gluten Free! I take biotin every morning for my hair and nails. Very important as a bariatric surgery individual!

Best Vitamin for Gastric Bypass patients.
I give Biotin 10 mg a Raving Review. I'm a gastric bypass Patient. I take 2 pills a day. 1 for breakfast and 1 with lunch vitamins.

Glutin, starch, soy & hdrogenated oil free
I like this product because thankfully it has no wheat, corn, rice, grain, starch, soy, tapioca, or hydrogenated oil in it. Bless you.

Not great.
I've been taking this for about 6 months along with kelp. I ran out of kelp for about a month and my nails got very thin and brittle. I will stay on the kelp and stop taking the Biotin.

Not sure
I have been taking Biotin and have experienced a lot of itching on my scalp and skin.. nevertheless, my nails have grown and feel strong.. can someone tell me if this itching is normal
