This is absolutely real honey
No idea what the other reviewer is talking about, this honey will crystallize once opened if not eaten within a short amount of time. It's delicious and love that it's local!

Not Real Honey
I have had real honey before and this is not it. This honey sat in my pantry for 2 months and never crystallized. This is not a pure, unfiltered honey - they definitely put something in it to make it stay liquid, like glucose, for example. I have purchased Nature Nate's Honey and that one always crystallizes. I bought this one, since Nature Nate's wasn't available in the store I go to but no more. I ordered it online and I am never buying this one again.
