Get little Boom box. Has it all and its nice and small. Am going to use in my husbands 31 Ford RatRod. Not much room inside so this will fit. Can also use it outside on the deck.
I just wanted something to play either in my living room or to take in my bedroom to play either the CD's I had made or play store bought CD's. It does a great job playing both. For the money, the speakers sound nice, at the moment I have no complaints. I haven't tried the radio yet, but what I've heard, sounds good. I also bought it for it's cassette player because I have a lot of them to play, and since it has AC power or uses batteries, I can play it in my car since the radio in the car no longer works. I like it, works fine for me.
Liked the CD and cassette. But, when it came to the radio it left a lot to be desired. You can't tell where you are in tuning and without an outside antenna reception is poor to nonexistent. Was very disappointed in the radio part, however I got it for the CD/cassette feature. If you want a radio, buy something else.
If you are shopping for an inexpensive device to play CDs and cassettes, in addition to recordings and radio listening, this is it. Good (not great, but good) sound and easy keys and dials...
I was very disappointed there is no window to view where you're tuning the radio into. It was hit and miss until I heard a station break. Other than thay it's a nic unit.
It says it's Bluetooth compatible, but it is not. I'm debating on returning it. But it does have a auxiliary plug so I may just buy a cord and keep it. It works ok, not great sound quality but it's a little boom box so I didn't expect much. It's lightweight and easy to use. There is a little line above the dial for tuning the radio. You kinda just gotta mess around with it a little. No antenna though so it's tough to get the right spot for the station to come in clearly.
bought this for a friend who wanted the cassette and cd function but when playing the radio it won't show what station it's on, everything else is pretty basic
I loved the features, but the quality is not up to par, at all. It doesn't record well, particularly, if put on pause. My tape got eaten up in the machine.... Also, while trying to undo the tape from the machine; it slipped off my lap onto the carpeted floor and the tape player door no longer fit. Nothing that I did helped... I hadn't had it a week. And I didn't get what I hoped for.
It does not record! Since that was my primary need, I will have to see about returning this. It is a nice looking, compact little device. I have not tried to use its radio or it's CD player. I bought it primarily because I wanted to make recordings. It does not do that.
Mine did not have a remote. Features showed it had a remote and needed a button battery. No Remote included. Never turned it on, just took it back to walmart. Got my money back. Messed me up for Christmas. Scramble.
