Work's great
Quality product just as described.
Great light weight oars and oarlocks give smooth and easy performance. They need no maintenance. Fast delivery to Walmart and lowest price.
I literally received this the day after I ordered it! They seem to be much more quality than I expected. I will try to update my review after I use them but my initial opinion is very high of these oars.
Heavy is good. Better than wood. Used with same brand oar locks. A great deal. Order one!
For the thrift-minded, these are highly satisfactory instruments of muscular aquatic propulsion. The tubular working levers of these clever machinations are constructed of more than adeqate thickage to resist deflective curvation while in athwart mounted operation as their average dynamic position is that of perpendicular to the vector of vessel motion. The aquatic working planar surfaces on the moist ends of the devices, while not completely hydrodynamic nor wholly designed with second order surface continuity, are far more than adequate for their purpose and additionally are hued in a color that is pleasingly reminiscent of a much more expensive marine outfitter with which readers are surely aquainted by the lightness of their wallets on the occasions they ventured to that marine mongery. The gripping, non-moist, end of the devices, or the "handles", are padded and comfy and are as easy on the hands as the entire span of the equipment is easy on the eyes. Do not go up the creek without these.
I needed these for my jon boat and they are perfect. Unlike my old wood oars, these are SUPER light. The aluminum is suited for salt water, where we are. Be sure to order the correct length for your boat width. You can't beat the price. The boat store wanted $60 each! WalMart delivered them free to the store nearby -- it takes about a week for free delivery, but was worth the wait.
Exactly what I expected. Good looking, sturdy, well made product. I haven't had a chance to use them yet but am pleased with the fast service, condition on arrival, and product quality and appearance. I see no reason they won't perform well when I do get my boat in the water.
After having a pair of cheap wooden oars delaminate, I looked long and hard for something more durable. These fit the bill. My only beef is that I thought I was getting one pair of oars for the price, instead of just a single oar. My mistake but the description could be clearer that's it's a single oar for the price.
Have only used my new oars once so far . I notice the handle will turn in mine . But doesn't feel sloppy or loose when in use . Otherwise the oars performed well .
