this is so yummy! it's dangerous! I mean that and the best way possible. I use it in my baked oatmeal to get the sweetener plus the added vanilla bean for flavor. that way I don't have to buy vanilla cuz I don't use vanilla on anything else. I'm not a baker, baked oatmeal is the only thing I use it for. so delicious!. the vanilla is very prominent if the bean comes out. I just shove it back in the jar.

Absolutely delicious. The vanilla flavor is smooth without being overpowering, it had a vanilla bean inside!!! and the syrup tastes super clean and high-quality. You can tell it's organic and not full of weird additives. I've used it on pancakes, in my coffee, and even drizzled over fruit — it's that good. Definitely worth the price.

Best tasting maple syrup I've EVER tried. We made the switch from pancake syrup to maple syrup recently and my son just couldn't get on board. He's hated real maple syrup since we began introducing it. This syrup has been %231 in my house since the day I bought it. The vanilla notes are deliciously explosive which brings so much complexity to the overall flavor. I'll never be able to buy regular maple syrup again. Only wish it was available in a larger size. Try it… you won't be sorry!

I've actually been to the Crown Maple farm in New England and they couldn't be nicer and more dedicated to what they do. It's the real deal and having lived up in that area much of my life (and near Vermont too) I know there's a lot of hard work and technology that goes into capturing the sap and making the syrup in a way that gives the most consistent and high quality results. The flavor is a 10 out of 10 without flavoring, but add the real vanilla from a real vanilla pod? It's amazing. I use it on crumpets and in cooking. We obviously love it in oatmeal and overnight oats, but it's also great on popcorn. :) The color, thickness and taste are perfect. Just remember to refrigerate for long lasting quality and if the texture crystalizes a little, just let it come to room temperature and it's all good.

Ok first off….. yes it is pricy. IT IS WORTH IT!!! Come with a vanilla bean inside each bottle. The taste is superior to any out there. It elevates what ever you put it on. You will not be disappointed at all. They also have a dark amber one. I have not tried that one as of yet because I'm so hooked on this one. This brand also sells organic pancake mix. I purchase it on Amazon. It too is next level!

First of all very delicious very healthy for you. This is real serve for you customers. Do your research on this syrup. This is what you need to use from now on might cost a little more, but this is the healthy syrup that you need to use without all the bad ingredients in the other brands…

I love love love this vanilla maple syrup. It has a very unique flavor that other maple syrups just don't have. I usually mix this syrup with another natural syrup and it has such a great, smooth flavor and it makes it last all month in my household. I'd recommend that you try it...Once you do, I guarantee you won't mind paying for it!

Convenient that it's infused with a vanilla bean, as I really don't like trying to add vanilla myself. The extracts/flavorings available seem to be inconsistent, the vanilla beans are expensive through stores and suspiciously cheap on Amazon and apparently are sometimes moldy, etc—so having an organic, dark maple that already have a vanilla bean in is a nice option! I just wish it were a little cheaper

Love this! First time I tried it. I usually don't like pure maple syrups, as they are too "Mapley." I don't like strong maple flavor. So I default to the restaurant syrup, which is yuk. This lovely pure maple syrup is infused with vanilla, providing a light maple flavor with very mild vanilla. It's a light consistency too...not too thick. YUMMY! PERFECT for all pancakes! I'm hooked!

The syrup isn't bad . I wasn't a big fan but my partner liked it . However , as some other reviews mentioned , this syrup grows mold SUPER quick ! We had the syrup for maybe 2 weeks and it grew full of mold . It seems like it stars growing around the vanilla bean stalk that's inside and spreads from there . If you can eat/use this fast because you have a big family then go for it . If you can't have it consumed in under 2 weeks I'd pass on this .
