Gorgeous finish and a performance that matches. Cooked an inch thick (maybe a bit more) rib eye and it was perfect! Held up well at medium high heat and cleaned up to a spotless mirror like shine.
I recomend on an electric stove medium high the heat distribution is very good so using a lower than you think setting works better and less polymerization occurs
I purchased the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Triple Ply Stainless Cookware 16-inch Roasting Pan Skillet, Rectangular Roaster w/Rack. Wonderful. Used it to roast a chicken this weekend. Perfect. Unfortunately, when I went to register this pan online, Cuisinart kept listing this as a skillet. The skillet looks great but this is not what I bought. Nor what I wanted to register.
Pan is perfect. Cleans easily and heats up quickly and evenly
Love the look of my shiny new pan. This pan is part of a set I got. I have used all the pans at least twice for cooking. I use BarKeeper to get nice & clean. Remember to not heat up pan on high. Use low until you put food in pan & put up to med. hi not high. You can use high when you're boiling water.
Sears perfectly and easy to clean. Plus dishwasher safe. Affordable for the quality.
LOVING the look and sleekness of this pan. Cooked shrimp and sauteed vegetables in it and it worked very well. I need to get used to cooking on a lower temp. I made the mistake of cooking egg whites in it; didn't work well. I love to cook, so I'm enjoying this learning curve. I also purchased the 12"pan and 5.5 quart with lid!
Very nice cookware with an easy to clean surface. I bought mine to use on a new induction range. This replaced a very old set from decades ago. My only disappointment is that all the pans are smaller than expected.
Docked 2 stars for false measurements. I needed a 10 inch skillet for my new induction cooktop. I like my MultiClad saucepans so I ordered this. The cooking surface is only 8 INCHES. Won't hold a large tortilla. Sloping sides with a half inch rim around the top almost measures 10. I will keep it to use as an 8 inch but continuing to look for a decent 10 inch. I WILL NOT buy the 12 to get 10.
Item was listed as having a lid that is the reason i purchased it. I spent extra money like 20 dollars more for the frying pan but it came without the lid. I could not return it as it was a Christmas gift. So disappointed and felt like i was taken advantage of!
