Cuisinart 16-Inch Roaster, Chef's Classic Rectangular Roaster with Rack, Stainless Steel, 7117-16URP1

I thought it was a little pricey at first, but now that I have been using my new pan I highly recommend the purchase! it's large enough for roasting anything I want and the tray makes it easy to manage. Easily cut the meat right in the pan. or lift out of the pan neatly to transfer into the serving platter. And clean up is effortless. I'm happy with my new pan!

I am very pleased with this roasting pan. Stainless steel is so much easier to clean than other materials. The stainless steel rack is great. The rack is sturdy and I like the curved design. I do wish that there was a stainless steel high-domed cover for the roaster, that would have made it perfect.

It arrived in time for roasting the Thanksgiving turkey. The quality of Cuisinart products is well known, and the roaster is an excellent example. It is well made of stainless steel, and was easy to clean.

I am so glad I bought this roasting pan! I wanted to replace non-stick pans/racks, and this was perfect for us. It easily fit our 14-pound Thanksgiving turkey, and it cleans easily.

Made a rib roast using this pan and it turned out very impressively. The roast was evenly cooked and very nicely browned. The pan itself is gorgeous, shiny, heavy duty stainless and easy to clean. Glad I chose to purchase this pan!

I was really to find that the rack was also stainless steel and not covered in some kind of non stick coating, really secure handles and deep enough for turkeys, roast, etd

This roasting pan is perfect for up to a 16 pound turkey,, if your turkey is any bigger than that,, my advice would be to look for a bigger pan. But you won't find a higher quality product than this. I highly recommend this product.

Really love the pan and rack and works great for our weekly roast chicken. However it's not easy to clean off the baked on grease from the pan. Even though I line the pan with aluminum foil and clean with hot soapy water and Barkeepers Friend, it's not enough to fully remove all the grease spots on the sides and edges so this will be an ongoing battle to keep the pan shiny.

I bought this because I usually host about a dozen people for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is the perfect size for a 25 lb turkey or a ten pound rib roast. It took an HOUR of scrubbing with steel wool to get it clean. I will probably go back to using disposable pans.

I'm disappointed with the lighter weight of this roasting pan. It's okay, but nothing that will last for years. After one use, there is a permanent stain after roasting a turkey with the rack...it's only juices that stained. Major bummer and not at all like Cuisinart used to be.
