i bought this as a gift for my husband, and he loves it. The meat was cooked very well, and it didn't burn the veggies like some grills and smokers. highly recommend!!

We really enjoy our new Cuisinart smoker grill. It is easy to use and has enough grates to smoke several different foods at once. The water and wood chip containers are easy to get to for refilling. It heats up quickly and the heat indicator makes it easy to keep an eye on the internal temperature.

Exactly as described, my Husband absolutely loves it. It smokes our meat just right. Highly recommend this item.

We used and it did a excellent job smoking our meat and was so easy to handle and very easy to clean the parts after cooking in it

great product... but you must put an aluminuim foil pan in order to prevent juice drainage from the meat you are cooking... otherwise you end up with your floor completely drenched because jiuces drain by the legs

This smoker is different than any I have had before. The tray that you put the wood chips in has a cover and I don't think allows enough smoke flavor to enter the meat. I'm still experimenting to improve that feature. I've never had a smoker that had a dial control and I'm adjusting to that. I do like that the maximum temperature range is 400 degrees F. The heating element on this smoker is more exposed to cooking juices and I'm not confident it will last very long. But we'll see. The smoker is well built and sturdy.

Was a Cuisinart fan for 40 years. No more. Electric smoker only lasted 8 months. The thermostat control failed. Getting a hold of the company is frustrating. Since the company doesn't seem to have decent customer service I decided to crack open the controller. No wonder it failed!! What substandard quality of materials. Very disappointed in Cuisinart.
